Cancellation Policy
An advanced notice of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you are unable to provide 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. 

However, you may send someone in your place to receive the massage. If they are a new client, we ask that they arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and consultation. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session time remains in the scheduled time frame to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment received, you are responsible for the full session.
